When my driver arrived with my order, he insisted on seeing my CA driver's license (or a national ID or passport). I have never had to show an ID to receive my food before. There was NO ALCOHOL in the order.The driver then proceeded to photograph both sides of my driver's license. This is a serious invasion of privacy, and it is probably illegal. Unless I get a reasonable response from ChowNow, I will never use this service again.
