I purchased 2 machines from this company within the past year. Despite using the products very carefully and keeping them clean at all times, both machines broke down in a short period and became completely non-functional. Paying such high amounts of money and getting no value in return is absolutely unacceptable.
The fact that these products are of such poor quality and leave customers in this situation is a serious irresponsibility. I have suffered financial loss and my work has been disrupted. Experiencing this from a platform I trusted is extremely disappointing.
