I placed an order on 30 December and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The communication has been extremely poor — slow replies, repeated excuses, and constant attempts to shift the blame. I’ve sent more emails than I can count, and every response feels like a copy‑and‑paste template that doesn’t even make sense half the time.

I paid for 3–4 day delivery, and today is the 13th and still nothing. This level of service is unacceptable. A business should not be operating like this. Shame on you, Chris & Son.

They offer a great variety of barbering products, but have repeatedly made errors with orders and are not responsive in addressing email inquiries or correcting issues.

Received incorrect item and awaiting resolution

I received the wrong item and returned it, but nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting for my original items. I'm frustrated with being told it has been dispatched. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I wouldn't recommend this service, especially for urgent needs.

I ordered a hairdryer that was listed as in stock. When I followed up on my order, I was informed they didn't have it and would issue a refund! Disappointment is an understatement; it could have been resolved much sooner.

The materials took over two weeks to arrive. One of the key items was broken upon arrival. We returned it and are still waiting for a refund, with no updates yet. Also waiting for the refund for the items they didn't have in stock.
