My 12 yr old daughter went to Christ in Alexa (Berlin) to have her ears pierced last week. The young woman who attended us was fantastic - she was very clear explaining what the procedure would be, she helped my daughter feel comfortable, she was patient and calm and sensitive to my daughter's needs. I was so impressed by this experience that I had to commend her to her manager.
