I was unable to purchase items on website ship to Lithuania. Tried google pay, paypal, 3 diffrent bank debit cards, credit card - always not accepted. Called them, they were unable to explain or resolve issue. Asked to receive manual tranfser instructions - also not received. Not recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The social media team was quick to respond, but told me to contact their email. I have emailed them a few times with no response. Then, they left me on read. This comes from me buying a ring, (where they have no return policy), and i couldnt get my money back immediately after buying. Purely a scam.
My 12 yr old daughter went to Christ in Alexa (Berlin) to have her ears pierced last week. The young woman who attended us was fantastic - she was very clear explaining what the procedure would be, she helped my daughter feel comfortable, she was patient and calm and sensitive to my daughter's needs. I was so impressed by this experience that I had to commend her to her manager. It made all the difference in the world to be able to communicate so well with someone during what could potentially be a rather stressful experience. Thank you and I wish her all the best.
Customer service is fast responding but not clear enough. Two times in row they cancelled my order without explanation why. I was paying with Revolut Master Card. I won’t try to order anything again from them.

I already bought from the before but this time it was much better. One of the employees found out I wanted a product they did not had in store. But she knew that they had it online and she finish the purchase for and even added the "online only" discount. All of this before giving me great tips to visit the town we were.Great place to buy jewelry.
