I've been using this service for years, but this year has been incredibly frustrating. After placing a $70 order for three letters, I immediately realized I needed to add another for my baby. I emailed right after ordering, but they sent out my order before responding. They were able to reply quickly after that, which felt convenient. I wasn't trying to cancel, just add another letter. Disappointing experience. I think I'll stop using this service, as the letters aren't worth the money, and dealing with their customer service has become too much.
