I am really let down that the letters I ordered seem unlikely to arrive before Christmas, despite being placed in the first week of November. Although reprints were sent, they still haven't arrived. I've used this service previously without any issues.
We ordered our letter in November, including expedited processing. I received a notification that it was on its way on 2/12/25, but we haven't received anything. I've confirmed that my details are correct and have two open tickets, but no one is responding. I wouldn't recommend this service. Update: The letter finally arrived, but I received no communication or contact details.
I've been using this service for years, but this year has been incredibly frustrating. After placing a $70 order for three letters, I immediately realized I needed to add another for my baby. I emailed right after ordering, but they sent out my order before responding. They were able to reply quickly after that, which felt convenient. I wasn't trying to cancel, just add another letter. Disappointing experience. I think I'll stop using this service, as the letters aren't worth the money, and dealing with their customer service has become too much.

I placed my order on October 17th and was notified that it was dispatched on November 19th, yet it still hasn't arrived. I've tried reaching out for a tracking number but haven't received any response. They were quick to take my payment but not to address my missing order.
I paid for a letter and extras on the website, but even though the money was deducted from my credit card, the site still prompted for payment as if I hadn't paid. They refused to refund me, insisting I go through my bank, which is a hassle for just £12. It's unfortunate as I've used this service for years, but I won't be returning.
