Tree was supposed to be sent out a week ago. I was told that I couldn't cancel the order because the tree had been picked and packed and that DX just needed to update the tracking details. That was a lie because one week later DX still haven't received my tree. I have repeatedly requested to cancel so I can order from somewhere else and I am being ignored. I will not be accepting the delivery if it ever does turn up! They are still pushing sales via ads dispite the fact they are way behind on getting them out. Don't order this year chances of getting your tree in a reasonable time are remote!
