I purchased two items from a seller but had to return one. Initially, I was pleased, but my experience soured when I received my refund. I paid £34.99 and only got back £19.99. The item we returned wasn't damaged; we simply found it didn't meet our expectations after opening the box. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
