I purchased two items from a seller but had to return one. Initially, I was pleased, but my experience soured when I received my refund. I paid £34.99 and only got back £19.99. The item we returned wasn't damaged; we simply found it didn't meet our expectations after opening the box. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I’m absolutely delighted with my 6ft pre-lit snowy alpine tree. The quality truly stands out. Decorating it was a pleasure, and the final appearance is stunning. Even prior to adding any ornaments, it looked fantastic. It has turned into the focal point of my living room, and every guest who comes over comments on it, which fills me with pride. Excellent quality, simple to assemble, and fantastic value for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

I am thoroughly pleased with this tree. After wanting one from a specific brand for years, I finally bought a 5ft pre-lit ultra mountain pine. The delivery was timely and flawless, and the tree is wonderfully full, beautifully lit. The sturdy branches make it easy to hang heavier ornaments. Assembly is a breeze with the hinged branches, and the plug and wires come in a lovely velvet bag for protection. This has been my best Christmas purchase, and I've received endless compliments!
