I received an email yesterday telling me that the first parcel had been delivered but there was nothing in my email box and exactly the same thing for the second parcel. It turns out that the parcels were dropped off at a completely different address which has absolutely nothing to do with mine and which is nowhere near my home. Luckily, the person living at this address looked up my address and came to drop off the parcels! Your delivery service is a disgrace! I almost never received my order.
