If I could give less than a one star review I would have. I should say I am dealing with Christophe Robin Canada but the loacation is England. I’ve had nothing but aggravation trying to resolve a refund for a product I ordered and paid for in December, 2024, that was cancelled without my request. They offered a refund but it is now March, 2025 and despite constant communication with them I am still waiting. As they could not seem to figure out how to refund to my original payment method (a credit card) I had to create a Paypal account which I did not particularly want to do. I am still waiting to see the refund show up there.
Hello the delivery was fine but the website to order products has been a nightmare for me. I have tried to get a phone number to be able to speak to a human beeing and be coached to buy. I sent an e mail through the contact space but got no answer. The products are for a female friend so I cannot comment on the quality.
I received an email yesterday telling me that the first parcel had been delivered but there was nothing in my email box and exactly the same thing for the second parcel. It turns out that the parcels were dropped off at a completely different address which has absolutely nothing to do with mine and which is nowhere near my home. Luckily, the person living at this address looked up my address and came to drop off the parcels! Your delivery service is a disgrace! I almost never received my order.
