We ordered our Christmas tree three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When we placed the order, it stated 2-3 days for delivery. After three weeks, when I called, they had no answers about its whereabouts and mentioned issues with the courier. I find it hard to believe given their usage of them frequently. We still have no response, and as we enter December, I strongly advise against this service due to the very poor experience and the likelihood of not receiving our item.
