I recently ordered two battery-operated candles. Although they were well packaged, one arrived damaged. I reached out to the company, and the representative quickly arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived damaged. I contacted the company again, and this time, another representative understood my frustration and promptly sent a new replacement, which arrived in perfect condition. This level of customer care is what I expect, though not all companies meet such high standards. Both representatives I interacted with were friendly, understanding, and very efficient. Thank you!
The Christmas tree arrived damaged and is unusable. I've contacted the support team twice in three days and received the same busy response. Initially, I was open to a replacement, but as time goes on, it seems a new replacement would also be ineffective. I might have to request a full refund instead. Very disappointed.
We ordered our Christmas tree three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. When we placed the order, it stated 2-3 days for delivery. After three weeks, when I called, they had no answers about its whereabouts and mentioned issues with the courier. I find it hard to believe given their usage of them frequently. We still have no response, and as we enter December, I strongly advise against this service due to the very poor experience and the likelihood of not receiving our item.
