So first, took a week and a half to get the watch…not 2-5 days as said. I told the owner my wrist size and sure enough, the band didn’t fit. He told me I could get a different band(not wanted) different watch( not wanted), or refund minus 15% restock fee. I understand if it was a change your mind thing, but wasn’t! So I accepted getting a different band. 2 weeks in this process already. He sends the band from China and 2 weeks later, still didn’t come, so opted to return. I paid UPS and send message the other day, which replied hadnt seen, yet signed for it 3 days prior. So I sent messages yesterday and today and he finally answered saying he sent a refund! I asked how much, the answer was purchase minus 15%, didn’t give me a number. So buyer beware, they/he communicates well to the point of purchase, but if something goes south, there’s no exception even though not your fault! I will never purchase or recommend anyone purchase
