Terrible!!! Bought 2 watches, very disappointed with both, finally after trying over and over and over to make contact I sent them back, had the right address, confirmed it with Johnathen, he said he never received them, but delivery was confirmed, he finally gave me a refund. My refund was 32% of the total cost of both watches, it is wrong what this company is doing.
I placed an order in early January and still have not received it. The item was mis-addressed, went through the Netherlands and was routed to Sedona (I live in Phoenix). While I don't think is is necessarily a scam, I think the processed they have in place are very hit and miss. I will wait one more week before reversing my cc payment. This is based on my personal experience.
Please save your money and do not buy anything from this guy. I placed an order on November 14 2025 for a stock watch, nothing custom, for my nephew for a Christmas gift. I emailed Johnathen to make sure it would arrive by Christmas. He assured me it would only be 3-4 weeks. In a couple of weeks I get a USPS tracking number but it says “awaiting package”. Christmas comes and goes and nothing. I sent Johnathen an email telling him that I no longer need the watch, since I had to replace the gift for my nephew, and that I would be disputing the charge. I then opened a dispute with the CC company to do a chargeback. Miraculously, on January 22, the watch shows up (he had to have pulled another watch off the shelf and sent it, as it only took a few days to get it, and it had a different tracking number.). I emailed him immediately and asked to return it since I had no need for it, and had I told him weeks ago to cancel it. He sent me the return address , but I had to return it at my expense. I did open the watch when I received it just to see the quality, and was shocked at how bad it was. The pics on Facebook look great, and at first glance it looks ok, but I have seen $50 watches that are much better quality. $330? Are you kidding me? You can buy a really good watch for that money these days.Anyway, I returned the watch the next day, he received it, then after receiving it he challenged my dispute, and the CC company REVERSED the chargeback, giving him his money back. Now he has the money AND the watch, and the dispute is closed and can’t be re-opened. Initially he told me that he would refund my money in 5 days minus a re-stocking charge. That was a month ago, and each time I email him he has a different excuse. He is out of town, he can’t find the order, Shopify has not paid him yet, etc.If this is the type of business that you are comfortable dealing with, be my guest. No way he will ever see any more of my money.
