Dissatisfied with Customer Service – Unresolved Delivery Issue. The shipping updates indicated my package was “successfully delivered” to my front door, but I found no package. I waited a day thinking it might have been left with a neighbor, then contacted the company to report the issue and request photo proof. They provided a photo of the package but no context, along with GPS coordinates. The company asserted it was “clearly delivered correctly” and suggested filing a police report if it was stolen. Upon checking the GPS coordinates, they did not match my address — they pointed to the main road, suggesting the photo was taken in the carrier’s vehicle. I responded with this information but received no reply. After following up post-weekend, I still got no response. I have email proof that the company is aware of the situation but has chosen to ignore it. While I recognize this was a carrier issue, the company's handling of problems is crucial. Being dismissed and offered no resolution, refund, or replacement is unacceptable. This company does not prioritize customer service or accountability. I will not shop here again.
