1 Star – Unacceptable Customer Support & Lack of Resolution The shipping updates were timely and indicated that my package was marked as “successfully delivered” to my front door. However, I could not find the package anywhere. I waited a full day, thinking it might have been left with a neighbor, then contacted the service to report the issue and request photographic evidence. They provided a photo showing only the package without any surrounding context, along with GPS coordinates. The service insisted it was “clearly delivered correctly” and suggested I file a police report if it was stolen. Upon checking the GPS coordinates, they did not match my address — they pointed to the main road, suggesting the photo was likely taken inside the carrier’s vehicle. I responded with this information but received no reply. I followed up after the weekend, yet still received no response. I have email documentation that the service is fully aware of the situation but has chosen to ignore it. While I recognize this was a carrier issue, the way a company addresses problems is crucial. Being dismissed, ignored, and receiving no resolution, refund, or replacement is simply unacceptable. This service clearly does not prioritize customer support or accountability. I will not be returning.

Update: After much hassle and receiving the wrong order, the company eventually made it right and sent me the correct order just in time for the holidays. Thank you. Initially, I did not receive my order, and customer service was unresponsive, which was frustrating during this busy time.
