When I returned to sign, I was pressured into a deal that I didn’t want, and I regretted not sticking to my original plan. I felt misled about the credit card hold and the plate situation. I wouldn't recommend this sales department based on my experience. I have already told a colleague about my negative experience, which cost them another potential sale. The salesperson’s claims about a fair deal were misleading, with significant markups on vehicles. Buyer beware.
