Whoever gave chrysler capital the extra half star must have been feeling generous. It is impossible to get a human being on the line let alone on response. I sent them a car payment over $500. Not knowing that they had sold my account to another company. Because I was trying to refinance. No answer. Nobody told me anything. If you're looking for customer service after you buy a car this is not the place to go to finance or anything else. To this day I have no idea who hold the title of my car. I haven't made a payment for months.Because I have no idea who to send it to. The way I am treating it now.Is there forfeiting every paymen that's been missed. I'm tired of dealing with people that do not know their job or have the courtesy to return messages. I'm tired of pideon english that I cannot even decipher. Had they had the courtesy to let me know that my account was now through a different company.I never would have sent them that money in the first place.Not only did they not tell me, the new company hasn't got hold is me yet. With the new company I had to deal with the nightmare of ottawa prove but that's a story for another time. Go to your bank or your credit union if you have an account at it either and save yourself the aggravation. All I want is my $506 back from chrysler finance. Now they may be sending it back.I don't know. It's kind of tough when you can't get a human being on the line. I'm not one for over regulating. But if an industry needed it, it should be this end of the business.
