I refinanced my auto loan through another lender to escape the high payments on my vehicle. After waiting a month for the company to send the payoff check, they still claim they never received it. The experience has been frustrating, with representatives who have very poor English skills, making communication difficult. I still haven't resolved my issue. Now, I'm paying two companies for the same vehicle to avoid damaging my credit or facing repossession, and I'm utterly devastated. If your dealership recommends this unreliable finance service, just say NO THANKS! Save yourself the trouble.
I refinanced my auto loan with another lender to escape the exorbitant payments on my vehicle. After waiting a month for the company to send the payoff check, they still insist they never received it. It's been a dreadful experience being passed around on phone calls by representatives with heavily accented English, making it hard to communicate, and my issue remains unresolved. I'm now stuck paying two companies for the same vehicle to protect my credit and avoid repossession, and I'm utterly heartbroken. If your dealership suggests this unreliable finance service, just decline their offer! Spare yourself the hassle.
I find the payment system of this service extremely frustrating and expensive for customers. I already pay $613 monthly, yet I face additional fees just to submit my payment. Each month, I incur an extra $4 for using a debit card or Apple Pay, and $6 for PayPal, simply because I don't live near one of their locations. When I tried to pay directly from my checking account to avoid these charges, I was told it wasn't possible. After seeking assistance, I was informed that my bank account number was incorrect, despite reading it directly from my bank’s website. Previously, they waived a late fee when I was just one day late, but this time, they refuse to assist and have charged me an additional $18 late fee. I wish this service showed more consideration for their customers instead of making payments unnecessarily complicated and costly. I only chose them because they were the first lender willing to finance my vehicle.
This lender is terrible for car loans. My partner has been under medical care for two months and needed surgery, causing her payments to fall behind due to lack of income. Despite having documentation to prove her situation and a return-to-work date, they refuse to assist her in keeping her car. This bank operates in a predatory manner; I advise against doing business with them. They are not supportive of working-class individuals. Another bank allows you to skip a payment twice a year for just $25—something this lender could learn from.
Warning: This is possibly the worst car finance company in the history of financing. Their interest rates are astronomical for used vehicles, and every payment seems to go towards interest rather than principal. I recently tried to set up a payment plan, but their website had issues. Despite being told I could still make payments, I ended up making an incorrect payment. When I tried to cancel it, I was told it couldn't be done without marking my account as delinquent. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times but was denied each time. After trying to reach out again, I encountered unhelpful representatives who hung up on me. This company needs serious scrutiny for their practices, as they take advantage of customers, which is unacceptable.
I haven't been able to access my account online for over six months. I'm entirely paperless, and every time I call, I'm told that I should be able to log in within 7-10 business days. Now, as the end of November approaches, I still can't log in. This has led to multiple late payments and finance charges, potentially affecting my credit report. There seems to be no process in place to resolve this issue, and I doubt they even track their support problems. I will never finance another vehicle with this service again.
I was never informed about the switch to another payment service, and I've faced numerous issues logging into my account. As a customer, this is unacceptable. I've experienced identity theft multiple times, and now I'm concerned about the security of this service.
This company is a total scam! Almost all of my payments over the past year have gone towards interest. With a loan of $15,000, I've paid nearly $8,000, and less than $400 has gone towards the actual vehicle. I even slept in my car while pregnant to ensure I made my payments, and they took everything? How can the owner sleep at night? It's appalling.
I wish I could give zero stars. I financed my vehicle through this service and had an accident in December 2023. I've never missed a payment, even while waiting for my insurance to decide if they would fix or total the car. They totaled it in January, and even with GAP insurance covering the difference, this service claims I owe them over $455 due to accumulated interest while waiting for the GAP company's check. I received conflicting information from representatives, and after multiple attempts to get clarity, I was told I owe this amount simply because they can. I've never been late on a payment. They are huge scammers—avoid them at all costs!
