I refinanced my auto loan through another lender to escape the high payments on my vehicle. After waiting a month for the company to send the payoff check, they still claim they never received it. The experience has been frustrating, with representatives who have very poor English skills, making communication difficult. I still haven't resolved my issue. Now, I'm paying two companies for the same vehicle to avoid damaging my credit or facing repossession, and I'm utterly devastated. If your dealership recommends this unreliable finance service, just say NO THANKS! Save yourself the trouble.
