scam, membership can not be canceled!!!!They don't tell you upfront that the trampoline is not included in the monthly membership, which feels misleading. Even worse, they also fail to mention that the membership locks you in for a full year with no option to cancel. When I called to ask about it, I spoke with someone named Valeria from the Fun Pass department—she was extremely rude and clearly trained just to tell people they’re stuck in the contract.The location in Louisville is also dirty. After our first visit, I decided I would never take my child back. Overall, it feels like a scam—totally not worth the money or stress. so my advice - dont be scamed as i was!!!
