Review Time
Today we were at chucke cheese and i told the lady that my son needed help. She said to me what's the problem? I said he will show you what's going to on. She said well do I need keys or does something need to be fixed, because I don't want to have to walk all the way back and get them. I said no, he will show you. You just need your arm. He threw one of the balls from the ski ball game into the water squirter game. I was geez, where is your customer service and isn't this a kid place. I was very unimpressed with our visit today.
Several customers made complaints to management that the entire eating area was flooded with the stench of marijuana smell. I watched parents try to move their children to other booths to avoid the smell. Unfortunately, management said that there wasn’t anything they could do about it. I witnessed families just pack their things up and leave.
Had my two grandkids birthday party at Chuck E cheese we got there at the tables were all set and I noticed in the window in the kitchen the pizza was just sitting there by the time she brought the pizza over to us they was hard as a brick the crust I'll let her know that and she said oh mine is the same they need a new oven that was coming in 2 weeks but I also check with other guests there to see if their Crush was hard and it wasn't mines was overcooked then it was time for me to check out she was saying that I couldn't leave her a tip on my credit card they don't allow it I didn't have extra are no cash on me said what other people go across the street to get the cash thank God my daughter had some of her car that she can give me for her it wasn't much at all wanted to give her more of it I didn't think she was good and besides I wasn't walking across the street just so I can give her a tip and she gave me pizza that wasn't even good none of us was able to eat the pizza we just took it home as I complain to her and threw it in the trash all the money I spend that day over $200 or something dollars. I'm not sure if we had on the Chuck E Cheese costume there was it familiar with the Chuck E cheese dance because they was not doing it with the kids I had to jump in and help them make it all fun so I hope the next time that they get somebody to do that if somebody didn't know the song and how to do the dance but other than that the kids had a ball with the games and things like that
Went to Boardman Chuck E cheese with my son we got the package of four drinks and two pizzas and I bought a 120-point card first round was $89 total I told the lady I want both pizzas with stuffed crust extra cheese we get her order and I get one stuff crust with extra cheese and one regular pizza I go back to the cashier and I said I told you I wanted both pizzas with stuffed crust extra cheese she stayed to me that if I want another pizza with stuffed crust with extra cheese I got to purchase another Pizza when she's the one that made the mistake on my order so I went back to my table and the manager came over and she stated she'll make another pizza for us so we can take the messed up one home we get our pizzas and the stuff crust pizza we ordered was overcooked you couldn't cut through the pizza at all it was hard to eat I was done after that and then there's a fat blonde girl who was doing the trampoline there today and after the kids got out of it she locked it back up and my son just went up there and walked up the stairs walked down she got the balls to tell my son no as if she's my son's mother I am so disappointed in today's visit I go to Boardman Chuck E cheese and I throw a hundred eighty dollars every few weeks at that place for my son and today I feel like I got ripped off the pizza was awful and that girl working the trampoline she's ignorant so we will be giving Boardman Chuck E cheese a break I've had enough of that place if we do Chucky cheese we're going to go to Niles.
I looked up the top five worst pizza, restaurants, and all of all of the pizza restaurants there are Chuck e cheese has been voted the worst pizza in history. The pizza is Crust like cardboard and glue like cheese. You’ll even ask if it’s edible. I have so much more to say so I’ll be back to remind everyone tomorrow.#Chuck E. Cheese
