I placed an order almost four weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date to allow ample time. Three days after the expected date, it still hasn’t arrived. When I reached out via email, I was informed that the selected dates are merely a suggestion! Extremely disappointing service; I can't evaluate the products since I haven't received them yet!
