Steer clear of this service. I placed an order on 16/11/25 with a requested delivery date of 23/12/25. I opted for a specific delivery date, but there was no tracking number and the parcel didn’t arrive on 23/12. Their customer service is nonexistent; emails and phone calls go unanswered, and they don’t respond on social media either. I needed the hamper for the specified date, as I didn’t want cheese too far in advance for a Christmas gift. Even if it eventually arrives, it's too late now, as I had to buy a replacement hamper from another seller, which was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. This company should take notes from how others operate. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be using this service again.
Both of my orders were a total letdown! The smaller order was sent late and then mixed up with another service (without postage) instead of the expected one. I had to visit the sorting office and pay a fee to collect it! I reached out to the support team, and they refunded the shipping costs. The second order was only picked up today, even though I ordered it on the 8th of December! It was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I doubt it will arrive before the New Year. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a small business. The owners should apologize to all the dissatisfied customers and consider offering compensation for the poor service and order management. If they can't handle the demand, they should have paused new orders until the existing ones were fulfilled. I plan to contact the owners to express my concerns. They should remember that this is people's hard-earned money being spent on their products, only to be disappointed without any explanation or apology! Unacceptable!

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 7 for delivery on December 18. When I hadn’t received a dispatch notice by the 16th, I followed up. I was informed that delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, but I was told ordering before the cutoff would prioritize my order. This should be clearly stated at checkout, not buried in the FAQ's. Misleading to offer delivery dates, especially during the holidays. When I inquired about my order, I was told no date could be provided, and I would be emailed when someone was packing it. The payment was taken quickly in November, while some companies only charge upon dispatch. The company blamed the holiday rush, yet it happens every year, and I ordered early. I now doubt my gift will arrive in time, leaving someone special without a present. I wish I had read other reviews prior to ordering. A total lack of customer care.
I emailed at 11:30 AM and am still waiting for a reply regarding my order placed on November 30, which was supposed to arrive today, December 18. I called customer service and was on hold for over 15 minutes, only to hang up and call the sales department, which was also unhelpful! I will not use this company again as they have not honored their delivery commitment. I am extremely frustrated!

Absolutely fantastic! The hamper with eight cheeses, two chutneys, and two crackers was an amazing value. All items had dates well into next year, and the packaging was exceptional. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but when my order arrived, I was thrilled. It arrived one day after my preferred date, but it was well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again!
