CAUTION! We attempted to book a tram tour online. During payment with a Visa card, the system encountered multiple errors. I emailed the service, and they created the booking and charged USD 180 with a Mastercard. A few days later, I noticed another charge on my Visa for 180$ - but in a different currency. I informed the support team about this issue, but they are ignoring all communications, except one asking for proof instead of investigating the problem. Please be cautious. I have reported this to my bank for further assistance. As for the tram tour, while the caves are beautiful, paying USD 65 per person for a ride in a cramped electric car was disappointing. The check-in process was the most inefficient I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend this service.
