CAUTION! I attempted to book a tram tour online through the service's website. During the payment process with a Visa card, I encountered multiple errors. I reached out via email, and they created the booking, charging USD 180 to a Mastercard. A few days later, I noticed another charge of 180$ on my Visa, but in a different currency. I've informed the company about this fraudulent transaction, but they have been unresponsive to my emails—except for one asking for proof, rather than addressing the issue. Please be cautious. I've reported this to my bank and Visa for further assistance. Regarding the tram tour itself, the caves are stunning, but paying USD 65 per person for a ride in a cramped electric vehicle is not worth it. The check-in process at the cave was the least efficient I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend using this service.

We booked a tour for two to a popular attraction. During the booking, the website malfunctioned and processed two reservations, charging me twice. The service acknowledged the issue and promised a refund within 3-14 days. Now, over two months later, they are ignoring all my messages. There is a refund form on their website where I've submitted evidence multiple times, but that has also been ignored. I'm left unable to recover my money, which is a significant amount.
The staff was particularly unhelpful, avoiding communication with us while attending to others. One staff member seemed more interested in her phone than assisting. We waited 45 minutes with no interaction. Additionally, I was informed I was slightly over the weight limit for horseback riding, yet I saw others who were clearly heavier participating. For the $202.00 per person, we could only engage in 2 out of 5 activities offered. The complimentary lunch was poorly managed, with staff serving food with bare hands. Overall, it was not a good experience.
If there were an option for no stars, I would choose that. This was not just a disappointment; it was a nightmare. Starting with a two-hour commute from our resort, followed by an exhausting hour and 45 minutes for an ATV ride in the heat, with no water and swarming insects. We opted for just one activity to leave as soon as possible. When we ordered lunch, we found only two menu items were available. The long lines, lack of communication, and unpleasant conditions made this experience anything but enjoyable.
This place is terrible! It took two hours to arrive, and no one could provide directions or assistance. We waited for 30 minutes at the ATV area but never got on. My partner and I left to return, hoping to at least enjoy ocean rafting. The staff at the information center had a major attitude. I will never book another tour without reading reviews first. A total waste of time.
Our representative during our stay was unprofessional. We were a group of 18, and he prioritized our payment over our experience. He rearranged our excursions, wasting our time and causing us to miss a special dinner plan for my aunt’s birthday. He was unresponsive to my calls and messages, showing no concern for our experience. This left a bad impression, and I will not use this service again.
We booked an e-bike tour during our stop and had a wonderful experience. The guides were engaging and provided a great overview of the culture and history. We enjoyed delicious local food during the tour. It was a fantastic three-hour excursion!
