We booked a tour based on a recommendation, but the experience was disappointing. The representative at the booking desk was unprofessional and failed to mention any restrictions. After a long drive, we were informed my partner couldn't participate due to weight limits, and we had to return for a refund. While the guides were friendly, the overall service was lacking. We felt our time was wasted, and the return journey was poorly managed. I am now seeking a refund for the unused ride, which has been met with resistance.
