Got the same problem....have emailed training standards aboat this company.and they have the front to say business as usual during covid.my issue is a return what collect plus say chums have.all I do is email them and get an automated responce GOT YOUR TICKET....never ever again will I use or recommend this company ever.😡😡😡😡
