Disappointing experience with the order.

I ordered 5 multipack jigsaw puzzles. The parcel was likely around 10kg and was sent in a black plastic bag. There was no box or any protective materials. Unsurprisingly, when they arrived, the items were significantly damaged. Given the lack of assurance that this won't happen again, I will be pursuing a refund instead of a replacement. I also received no replies to two emails. The first was regarding delivery, as my order sat at the courier's depot for nearly a week before arrival. The parcel was in terrible condition—muddy and torn in several places, which I expected due to the inadequate packaging from the warehouse. The second email addressed the damage to my items, complete with photos, but I haven't received any response. It’s been completely silent. I decided to call, and I was informed it would take a week for my parcel to be picked up unless I wanted to carry the 10kg parcel to the Post Office myself. Then, it would take almost two weeks for a refund! Initially, I wanted replacement items, but there's no guarantee they would be packaged properly. This is a very disappointing way to manage a business!

Extremely frustrating experience with the service. I ordered two pairs of cargo trousers at different times. For some reason, I stored them in my wardrobe and didn’t use them for several months. When I finally wore and washed them according to the care instructions, they shrank and became unwearable, now destined for the charity shop. Reaching out to them was pointless as they only referenced the 30-day return policy. Their indifferent attitude showed no willingness to address my issue, not even offering a discount on future purchases. They really shouldn't be in business.

Communication and Pricing Concerns

I reached out via email to correct an order. While the item was delivered and fortunately fit, I still haven't received any response from the support team. I initially called on the day I placed the order, but after 15 minutes, an agent informed me that no action could be taken for 24 hours and suggested I email instead. That was the last I heard from them! To make matters worse, my wife found the same item advertised for £7 less elsewhere, and she’s considering canceling her account with that seller.

Struggling to Get a Refund

I can’t give a zero rating! I returned a raincoat as it didn’t match the description in their extensive advert. Now, I'm at my wit's end trying to get a refund. I have tracking details, and they even confirmed they would refund the postage (which is unusual). Still, I haven't received anything. What a terrible company. I'm considering raising a county court judgment against them. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Exorbitant Call Charges

Wow. What kind of customer service is this? My relative was misled into ordering a coat from this company, and I spent over 20 minutes trying to reach them—only to discover they charged £18 for the call without any prior warning!

I ordered a jumper as a gift. I was unhappy with the quality and found it too short. I paid £29 plus postage but was only refunded £23.20. It seems the VAT I paid was not refunded. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I received a letter questioning a payment from someone claiming to be from credit control. I tried calling but the high waiting charges deterred me. I then attempted to email, but despite searching for the name and 'credit control,' no department appeared. The whole experience feels like a scam.

Disappointing Customer Service

I reached out via email to correct an order, but received no response. The item was delivered and luckily fit, but communication from the support team has been non-existent. I called right after placing the order, only to be told that nothing could be done for 24 hours and was advised to email instead. That was the end of it! To add to my frustration, my wife found the same item advertised for £7 less elsewhere, and she might cancel her account with that seller.

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Delivery

I have previously ordered from this company with items arriving promptly within a week. However, this time I ordered two Christmas gifts on November 20th, and they have yet to arrive. After contacting the customer support team, I was told they would escalate the order from the warehouse. They should understand that many orders are for Christmas gifts which need immediate attention. I'm very disappointed with this company and its service.
