I am incredibly disappointed and devastated to say that the North Star necklace that I purchased only two years ago broke and in breaking I lost the attached pendant. For a piece of jewellery that is marketed as a high quality heirloom piece, not only is its breaking very disappointing but my primary reason for this review is the customer service that I am receiving regarding this broken piece. I was hoping for a repaired clasp and an offer on a discounted pendant to replace the lost pendant. What I received was a 10% discount code to purchase a completely new necklace. With inflation this 10% discount makes a new necklace €250 more expensive than the necklace that I purchased only two years ago.Do not shop here if you actually want an heirloom piece. You can get a better quality necklace and better service at Arnotts.
