I recently purchased my engagement ring from their store in Dublin. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't buy on my first appointment, viewed online, booked a virtual appointment then went back in for a final follow up and made the purchase.I don't know if I'm allowed to name people here, but the store manager was incredible from first consultation through to sale and then aftercare. I didn't get the size right but they were most helpful and resized to save my blushes!On the product itself, my fiancee is over the moon and loves everything about it and can't stop showing it off.Thanks again folks! We'll be back for our wedding rings.
