After moving into my apartment in June, I quickly felt at home thanks to the fantastic assistance from the manager. However, during the recent cold weather, I noticed that the sole radiator in my room could only heat it to 19°C, while I needed it to reach 21°C. I reached out to the manager, who promptly acknowledged the issue and contacted the service team. Within days, a temporary electric radiator was installed and a fireplace was ordered. The service team should be proud to have such a dedicated manager who takes great care of residents and is always ready to assist with any issues.
The Christmas buffet was well-organized by the manager at the venue. I heard that the Christmas lunch at a nearby pub was enjoyable too, along with the visit from local children who came to sing carols (unfortunately, I missed both since I was away).

Her updates on the notice board keep us informed about activities. I have no regrets about moving here, as the vibrant social life is perfect for those who may not go out often.
Having lived at the lodge for a year, I want to share what we love about it! Living by the sea with easy access to local beaches and transport is a dream. The green area between the lodge and the sea offers stunning views. Our manager prioritizes residents in every aspect, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The service charge covers efficient heating, water, and cleaning services, making it potentially more cost-effective than our previous home. We feel welcomed and independent, which is a fantastic balance! Social events provide a chance to connect over a cup of tea. I even started a Canasta evening after many years, and it has become a weekly gathering. The lodge is well-maintained, with a beautifully furnished lounge for residents and visitors alike. The layout is excellent with a welcoming reception, salon, and lovely apartments throughout. It's worth checking out for a relaxed lifestyle.
The festive season has arrived at the lodge. Our new manager, with the help of residents, has beautifully decorated our lounge, creating excitement for Christmas. Living here feels like being part of two families—my own and that of the lodge. We support one another daily and enjoy various activities organized by the manager or fellow residents. Thanks to everyone for making life so enjoyable here, especially the manager.
