Review Time
The job postings I found were primarily scams, the "recruiters" who reached out after getting my resume from the website were scams, and it was impossible to actually filter jobs correctly by location or key terms. A search for "remote only" positions without any specified key words returned a couple dozen nursing jobs (obviously in person work) in locations throughout the US, for example.
It's very helpful but all the redirecting it does is kind of annoying I'm looking for one specific job that I type in then I get redirected to be a driver for uber eats or for instacart but other that that it's very helpful
Monster did an outstanding job aligning my résumé with my career transition into behavioral health. They strategically positioned my leadership, safety, and psychology background in a way that feels professional and confident. The final product is polished and goal-focused. I’m very satisfied with the results.
Monster is a great tool for building a resume. I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process, but they made it quick and easy for me and it looks really professional. Why did I wait so long to do this.
Monster has been a great tool for job searching and building my resume. The platform is easy to use, and the resume builder makes it simple to create a professional, ATS friendly resume without stress. I like being able to search jobs and manage my resume all in one place. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable resource for anyone actively looking for work.
All job boards fail miserably at actually matching jobs to your resume and applying their own filters. It appears they want to make you think that they have tons of jobs.
I would rather have only 5 jobs show up instead of having to look through a bunch to only get frustrated.
Monster offers excellent job matches for a wide range of candidates. They provide opportunities from entry-level to advanced positions, many of which offer competitive pay.
I fond the app not to be that user friendly. 90% to all jobs dorect you to theor websites and have to make an account with them. Theres no apply through monster only. Not everyone wants to have a bunch of open accounts with company's they didn't get hired at. Plus a lot and I mean a lot of these companies dont ha e at all very easy hiring pages or sites that are user friendly. Make the monster website apply only through monster and make it simpler. There's a lot of people out here that are all about protecting theor privacy as much as possible and if that company isnt hiring me I don't want any ties to their website.
