Whilst the whole concept is to offer a smooth transition to a retirement home there are issues.For a one bedroom flat the hot water tank is exceptionally large therefore very expensive to run especially as lodge manager advised to leave on at all times. I found the monthly newsletter hilarious from the teabag thief,the non toilet flusher and heaven forbid the battery snatcher,you are not dealing with children!! I would want a full breakdown of the service charges as always Churchill are on a win win, whilst at first Churchill appear competitively mid range you multiply by 30 plus flats things such as gardening and cleaning horrendous If you just want a relively worry free mode of living not worrying about depreciating value of property great.
