This brand is not truthful about its return policy. While their website states 'easy returns within 14 days,' the reality is that they complicate returns and delay refunds with numerous excuses. The dress measurements were completely off, particularly in the bust area — it was so tight that I could hardly move or breathe, even though the bottom fit well. The dress was essentially unwearable. Customer service has been unhelpful and evasive, continuously requesting photos and explanations, seemingly just to delay the process. It feels like a strategy to frustrate customers into giving up on returns. This experience has been frustrating, deceptive, and unacceptable. I strongly recommend others steer clear of this brand if you wish to avoid a struggle to reclaim your money.
Furthermore, their website is misleading regarding their business location. They claim to operate from the USA and display an image of a shop that doesn’t exist, while the dresses are evidently shipped from overseas. This alone demonstrates that the information provided on their site is false and intentionally misleading.
As of today, the issue remains unresolved. The communication between us has been an ongoing back-and-forth. I can provide all their email responses to illustrate how difficult it has been to return the two dresses I purchased.
