I've sent 10 emails with evidence of the sizing issue (including the requested pictures), yet they only offer a partial refund or an exchange at my expense! It's utterly frustrating and feels like a scam! Don't believe the ratings on their site.
Frustrating experience – steer clear if you want fair returns. I ordered three dresses, all in size S. Every single item was excessively large. Instead of recognizing a sizing problem, the support team insisted it was my "personal preference."
Despite having unused items and a valid return request, a full refund was denied. I was forced to either pay for return shipping for an exchange I didn’t want or accept only a 15% refund. After numerous emails and wasted time, I reluctantly accepted the partial refund just to move on.
This felt more like a tactic to deter returns than genuine customer service.

To safeguard our business from specific practices in our industry, such as renting outfits for a single event." This implies I intended to wear the dress and return it. If I had known I couldn't try on the dress and return it if it didn't fit properly, I would have chosen a different seller.
I purchased two dresses for my sister's wedding, one in red and the other in lavender. I needed to exchange one for a different size, and the support team addressed it quickly and with great kindness. The dresses came beautifully packaged, and both fit wonderfully.

It feels like a strategy to frustrate customers into giving up on returns. This experience has been frustrating, deceptive, and unacceptable. I strongly recommend others steer clear of this brand if you wish to avoid a struggle to reclaim your money.
Furthermore, their website is misleading regarding their business location. They claim to operate from the USA and display an image of a shop that doesn’t exist, while the dresses are evidently shipped from overseas. This alone demonstrates that the information provided on their site is false and intentionally misleading.
As of today, the issue remains unresolved. The communication between us has been an ongoing back-and-forth. I can provide all their email responses to illustrate how difficult it has been to return the two dresses I purchased.
