The employee who had to listen to my excessive talking yet who remained calm, professional and extreemly pleasant throughout our call made for a very pleasant interaction today. Staff member was knowledgeble, patient, acted and sounded very professional (excellent telephone manner, very nice tone of voice and clearly a very nice young lady). 11/10 to the staff member who dealt with my policy requirements today - give her a more senior role and a pay rise!
