Avoid this brand! I ordered a kaftan in July, and now it’s October with no item and no refund. I was misled several times about the order status; at one point, I was told it had shipped, but it hadn’t. Later, I was informed the order was canceled due to production issues, then customs complications. Two weeks after being told it was canceled and a refund issued, I still haven't received my money back and they are ignoring my emails and social media messages. DO NOT ORDER!
