I can’t believe how she continues to scam people. Brittney Campbell hires freelancers and then refuses to pay them. From what I’ve seen, this is a pattern, three people, including myself, were scammed by her. Customers are scammed as well. Be careful. Avoid working with her at all costs.
I completely love the service! I received the Omega blazer and trousers right on time and in impeccable condition. The quality and fit are remarkable, and it’s clear how much thought is put into these pieces. I'm looking forward to the new collection—I will definitely purchase more. Truly love this brand.
I'm sharing my experience as a freelance designer who collaborated with this brand. I completed the project as agreed and submitted the final files, but I never received payment for my work and my follow-up messages went unanswered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend working with this brand from a professional collaboration standpoint.
Avoid this brand! I ordered a kaftan in July, and now it’s October with no item and no refund. I was misled several times about the order status; at one point, I was told it had shipped, but it hadn’t. Later, I was informed the order was canceled due to production issues, then customs complications. Two weeks after being told it was canceled and a refund issued, I still haven't received my money back and they are ignoring my emails and social media messages. DO NOT ORDER!
This company took my money and never shipped my dress. They ignored my messages until I commented on one of their posts about my issue (which they deleted). They then sent me what appeared to be a screenshot indicating my order was canceled due to 'quality issues.' I still haven’t received my refund, so I now have to file a claim with my bank. This company is a scam.

Avoid ordering from this store. I’ve been waiting for my order since August 13, and it’s now September 19. There’s been no email communication and they are deleting comments on social media. Very unprofessional. They changed the shipping dates on their website by 30 days without notice and are not responding to my cancellation and refund requests. Save yourself the trouble.
I want to address an issue with my recent order placed on July 6, 2024, via credit card. The order included several items: The Quinn coat in yellow, Kris suit blazer in purple, and The Michelle blazer in yellow and black. Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed the Michelle blazer was missing and the two items that arrived were of poor quality. I attempted to return the received items, but my request was denied. Additionally, I don't see an option to leave a review on the website. I kindly request a refund for the missing Michelle blazer and hope you can accept the return for the delivered items.
