CIBC has the worst customer service ever in Canada. How are they still in business? My credit card was compomised on 14 Jun. Now it is 13 Jul and I still don't have a replacement card. A Manager I spoke to told me he will give me a $5 credit towards the $199 fee I pay yearly. Really? I spend over $120,000 on my card a year and have been a customer for 28 years. They have ambulance chasing employees at Pearson airport in Toronto chasing after people checking into a flight to sign them up for a card. They don't care about a 28 year old customer who spends a lot of money on his card every year? Very very very bad. I am done. Leaving CIBC for good. Will never ever again work with this Bank registered somewhere in the 3rd world (perhaps the 5th world).
