I ordered two cars for two families with automatic transmissions. When picking up the cars, the woman preparing the documents said she could exchange one of the cars for a larger one at the same price but with a manual transmission. I refused this solution, saying that a smaller car with an automatic transmission had been reserved and that's what we wanted. Unfortunately, despite my objections, when we got to the parking lot to pick up the car, it turned out to be a manual transmission. I was tired after flying with my family and didn't want to go back through the entire parking lot to the airport and wait in line to exchange the car. It was very rude of the employee to do this. I refused to accept another car with a manual transmission, but I received one anyway. Very irresponsible.
