CiCar in Lanzarote provided a clean and reliable car at a decent price. Booking was straightforward on line and the car was ready more or less at the agreed time plus collected from our hotel as requested. Service level was good and I'd recommend this company as the terms were fair and not like some companies that add extras all over the place. A nice change!
One of the best car rentals you can get in Tenerife. I’ve never rented a car before and was a little nervous about it all, but actually, this is the easiest and best car rental company you can get. So easy — no lines, no waiting. The car was in front of the airport, and I even got an upgraded version, a new car with only 15k km. Dropping the car back was so easy. I definitely recommend them and will only rent from them. Such a good experience. I’m 24 years old.
I ordered two cars for two families with automatic transmissions. When picking up the cars, the woman preparing the documents said she could exchange one of the cars for a larger one at the same price but with a manual transmission. I refused this solution, saying that a smaller car with an automatic transmission had been reserved and that's what we wanted. Unfortunately, despite my objections, when we got to the parking lot to pick up the car, it turned out to be a manual transmission. I was tired after flying with my family and didn't want to go back through the entire parking lot to the airport and wait in line to exchange the car. It was very rude of the employee to do this. I refused to accept another car with a manual transmission, but I received one anyway. Very irresponsible.
Great car rental experience! The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and very comfortable to drive. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. Highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again!

The reservation went smoothly. We got a car very quickly. The explanation of where to find the car was very clear. The insurance was perfectly arranged. When we returned the car, they were waiting for us, and everything was handled perfectly as agreed.
