I placed two orders. The first one was managed very well. full communication from the vendor and the courier. Good quality fish. Two fish were missing from the order, I received immediate communication and a very swift refund. 'Good', I thought, this looks good for the second order, how wrong was I? i had to chase for a delivery date, then the box arrived out of the blue no communication. I opened the box, there were three plastic bags, as I had ordered three species of fish this all seemed good. not so. The Cherry Barbs were not XL, they were much smaller. Instead of Corydoras Pygmaeus he sent Corydoras Paleatus hi-fin, the wrong fish entirely. The third bag had water but no fish, where were my Synodontis Mutipunctatus? I contacted the vendor, no response, email no response, Messenger no response. He has taken no interest at all in his appalling fulfillment of the order and lack of customer service. Oh wait, he did get in touch to mock me because Paypal turned down my dispute claim. This was because Paypal do not cover livestock not because my claim was false as he was stating. In summary - AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO KISS GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY.GOOD NEWS. I did a chargeback via Mastercard. I got a refund for the fish that weren't delivered and the fish that were the wrong species. Whole process only took 3 weeks. Doesn't cost anything and at the very least gives this business some more paperwork headaches.
