I am still waiting for the return address and written confirmation for a full refund to the original payment method once the item is returned, without any deductions beyond their returns policy. Prompt provision of the return address is needed to resolve this issue quickly. I bought a dress for my mother for my wedding, but the quality and finish were disappointing, and it didn't match the standard shown in the online photos, prompting our refund request. Instead of a clear return/refund process as per their policy, they offered: 1. A £20 refund if we kept the dress, or 2. A £90 store voucher. They later proposed a 55% refund as 'compensation' if we agreed to keep the dress and alter it ourselves. When I indicated I might escalate the issue with my card provider if they didn't follow their policy, their response was, 'If the credit card dispute continues on this basis, we will file a complaint with the bank.' I found this response unprofessional and intimidating. After expressing further concerns, they ignored our last message entirely, leaving us without a resolution and out of pocket. We have written correspondence and screenshots to support everything stated above.
