I bought what looked like a beautiful dress from these when it came it was cheap, tacky, thin and see-through. Was not the beautiful dress from the pitch at all when I contacted customer service as you have to do when you need to get a return they offered me 10% refund and keep the address when I declined this and ask for the address to return the items too they’ve completely ignored every email I’ve sent. I’ve not had one reply and I must’ve sent about 10 emails to them. I paid £145 for this dress and it’s worth nothing but the bin absolutely gutted. Do not use these especially if your kids prom dresses they’re cheap fancy dress quality if that

I am awaiting the return address and written confirmation for a full refund to the original payment method once the item is returned, without any deductions outside of their stated returns policy. Please provide the return address quickly so we can resolve this without further delays. I purchased a dress for my mother for my wedding, but the quality and finish were below standard, and it didn't match the online photos, which led to our refund request. Instead of a straightforward return/refund process as per their policy, they offered: 1. A £20 refund if we kept the dress, or 2. A £90 store voucher. Later, they proposed a 55% refund as 'compensation' if we kept the dress and altered it ourselves. When I mentioned I might escalate the issue with my card provider if they didn't follow their policy, they responded, 'If the credit card dispute continues on this basis, we will file a complaint with the bank.' I found this response unprofessional and intimidating. After raising further concerns, they ignored our last message entirely, leaving us without a resolution and out of pocket. We have written correspondence and screenshots to support everything stated above.

I encountered a few issues with order processing, but after reaching out, I received excellent customer service. The representative was very pleasant to talk to. I love my item, which is of great quality! I'm happy to recommend this service to my bridesmaids!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Even if you spot your dream wedding or bridesmaid dress, DO NOT purchase! I've tried to arrange a 90% refund and cover shipping, but they now say shipping will cost me more and I’ll incur customs charges as their warehouse is in another country, which isn't mentioned on their website. They offered a 50% refund, but processing this has been very difficult as they keep claiming the refund fails! I don't know when or if I will receive a refund.
