Has anyone actually gotten their money back when trying to return? The website says easy returns, but this is NOT true. Don’t order from this company if you want to get your money back. They make the return process extremely difficult. I have a brand new dress with tags still on and it did not fit. They want me to ship the dress back to China even though it shipped to me from a location in the US. They at first tried to talk me into just getting it altered and then offered to pay only 40% of my money back and told me to try to sell it myself to get the rest of the money back. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous thing. I would NEVER buy from this company again!
