First of all, Amber in Customer Service was spot on with everything. She sent me pictures of how to measure myself for a custom-made dress. She followed up with me on the dress measurements and when my occasion was going to take place. I received my dress on Feb 6, 2026, which was a surprise!! Plenty of time to have it altered IF I needed to; however, when I tried it on immediately...it fit like a dream!! I will be honest...I am short 5'4" and heavy 250 lbs. It is hard to find dresses short and wide style. They made the dress I wanted to fit me perfectly!! It is just like the picture online and the colors are so beautiful. I can't wait to wear it to my son's wedding :) The overall experience was simple and easy. I didn't want to waste time by ordering color swatches, I just hoped for the best, and I got it!! I would highly recommend this company, especially, if you have a hard body shape. Love it!

Beautiful dress and the custom fit is spot on. It feels like a high-end boutique piece. Just keep in mind that custom dresses take a while to be made at the atelier. It’s not a quick delivery, but the quality makes up for it. Planning to order again, but I'll make sure to leave more buffer time next time!

I’m not usually one to buy the same dress twice, but I couldn't help it with this one. I first ordered it in Celadon for a friend’s wedding, and the color was so dreamy and unique. I loved the quality and the way it photographed so much that I went back for the Blue version just two weeks later lol.Sizing Tip: Just a warning for my fellow girls with a wider ribcage—the bodice has zero stretch. It’s quite tight around the bust/rib area, so I’d definitely recommend sizing up by one to be safe. Overall, a 10/10 purchase!
I was a bit nervous about ordering a prom dress online, but I’m so glad I did. Honestly, the photos don't do it justice. The finish on the fabric is much higher quality than it appeared on the site, and it looked absolutely stunning under the venue lighting—it really caught the light beautifully.The only minor thing was that I had to trim a couple of loose threads when it arrived, but for the price and the overall look, it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all. If you're on the fence, I’d say go for it. It definitely looks more expensive than it is!
A bit unsure about ordering at first, but really glad I went ahead. The ballgown is beautiful, with impressive quality and lovely details, and it arrived in about three weeks, within the estimated time. I’m usually a UK 8 but ordered a 12 just in case, so it needs to be taken in slightly, but that’s an easy fix. The material feels high quality and works really well for my wedding day, and I’d happily shop here again.
