The food is high quality and reasonably priced. They also offer excellent options for dogs with allergies or sensitivities. Dispatch is super fast with delivery updates. My dog has allergies and other medical conditions but enjoys this food! Customer service is excellent! I gave it 4 stars mainly because I wish the protein percentage was slightly lower. There are other options available that have lower protein but higher fat content, which wouldn't suit my dog.
The food is great, and delivery is fast, although there was one instance where the wrong item was sent. The label was correct, but the contents were not. My dog still enjoyed it, but it’s not ideal if you buy a specific product for health reasons and receive something different.
